BMW will now let their dealers use sites like Carwow
BMW has lifted its ban on their dealers using price comparison websites like Carwow to speed up sales, the BBC has reported
. This follows an appeal from Carwow to the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Comparison sites such as Carwow
help give power back to consumers by connecting them directly to dealers and helping them to save time finding the best deal. From the dealer's point of view, comparison sites offer a platform to showcase their stock to thousands of buyers.
It's clear that car sales are increasingly moving online, the goal being to create a genuine win-win for dealers and consumers alike. How this all helps you
If you're selling your car, Wizzle
works on the same principle. We help you advertise your car to thousands of approved dealers across the UK, cutting out the middleman and saving you time, hassle and money.
We don't think it's fair that one person might get a better price than someone else simply because they're better at haggling. In general we're not a fan of haggling, so the idea behind Wizzle is to eliminate that side of selling your car. We handpick the dealers we work with so that your experience will be simple, fair and secure.
Also, our process is clearer and more in-depth than other similar car selling services, which allows for total transparency and lets you really show your car off! Our dealers won't start chipping you down on price; if your car is as listed, the price you're offered is the price you'll get!Something you might not know about Wizzle
Wizzle is powered by AUTOi, a digital car appraisal tool used by industry professionals. Put simply, Wizzle uses the same software that a dealer would use to value your car. So when we give you an estimate of what your car is worth this won't be a random automated figure, but instead a price based on trade data and our own professional expertise."It's time to sell my car!"
No problem, Wizzle is here to help. Start the process now
- it only takes 10 minutes!
